Two Students Medal at Forensics Competition
Two University of Scranton students won medals at the Southern-Northern Atlantic Forensics Union tournament, which took place in the spring semester at West Chester University. The students competed as part of The University of Scranton Speech Team, a newly formed co-curricular student organization.
Fred Mukelo, a sophomore international studies major from Scranton, won a third-place medal for International Public Debate.
Andrew Franklin, a first-year counseling and human services major from West Pittston, won a seventh-place medal for Prose Interpretation at the tournament.
