Celebrate Juneteenth @ Black Scranton Project!

To build tradition and community, the Black Scranton Project presents, for the 4th consecutive year, the JUNETEENTH JUBILEE BLOCK PARTY.
The Juneteenth flag created in 1997 by Ben Haith with artist Lisa Jeanne Graf, incorporates the colors of the United States flag to symbolize the freedom of black people and their descendents, and recognition as U.S. citizens.
