Businesses Can Showcase Green Efforts During Earth Week Events in City

Businesses interested in promoting their environmentally friendly products or initiatives will be able to do so at two events planned for Earth Week in Scranton.

"Sustaining Scranton: Go Green and Save Green," organized by The University of Scranton, the City of Scranton and DXDempsey, will include a tour of green businesses in Scranton from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, April 20. Establishments wishing to participate must return a completed application by Mar. 20.

]Businesses can also register for a Sustainability Fair that will be held on Tuesday, April. 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at The University of Scranton. Organizations wishing to participate must return a completed application by April 6.
