Hurricane Sandy Update, Oct. 30
Tuesday, October 30, 2012, 12:30 PM
Dear Members of the University Community,
While Hurricane Sandy is leaving unprecedented destruction across several states in its wake, we are pleased to report that the campus received little damage and no interruption in power. We are deeply grateful to our utility partners as they continue to respond to the storm.
The University will return to normal classes and operations on Wednesday, October 31.
Our thanks to staff from Facilities, Residence Life and University Police and to our great partners in Aramark for their excellent work in preparing for and responding to the storm.
Sincerely, Harold W. Baillie, Ph.D.
Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs/Provost
Vincent Carilli, Ph.D.
