Fair Planned for Nonprofit Organizations Seeking College Students as Volunteers Sept. 12

The Campus Ministries’ Center for Service and Social Justice at The University of Scranton will hold its annual fair for local nonprofit organizations seeking college-age volunteers on Tuesday, Sept. 12, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on campus.

The fair provides a forum for University students and student clubs interested in service projects to meet with area nonprofit organizations offering volunteer opportunities.

Last year, more 80 nonprofit organizations participated in the fair that was attended by nearly 600 students.
