The Staff Senate Communications Committee, in collaboration with the Office of Human Resources, invites University faculty and staff to attend the Fall Communications Symposium, titled: "Purpose and Pressure in Higher Ed." The event will take place Wednesday, Oct. 29 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Moskovitz Theater, DeNaples Center.

Rather than a traditional presentation, the symposium will feature a dynamic panel discussion exploring the external pressures currently impacting various areas of the University reflecting on the question: "Where to go from here?"

Join University President Rev. Joseph G. Marina, S.J.,members of the President’s Cabinet, and Kate Yerkes, assistant provost for planning and institutional effectiveness, for a timely and thoughtful conversation about the challenges and opportunities ahead in higher education. To help guide the discussion, those participating are encouraged to submit questions through the registration form. Audience questions will also be welcomed during the event.

A light to-go lunch will be available for registered attendees at the end of the symposium.
