Those who attended the first Chair Yoga session are automatically registered.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It is especially beneficial for individuals with chronic pain, limited mobility, or conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia or back pain. This practice adapts traditional yoga poses to be more accessible, reducing strain on joints and muscles while still providing the benefits of movement, stretching and relaxation. No experience, yoga mat or gym clothes are needed.
