Here are some frequently asked questions about the Women’s Spirituality Retreat:

Title: Praying with Mary and St. Ignatius: Freedom and the Art of Loving

What is this retreat?

A 24-hour experience of prayer, rest, and fellowship

What do I need to bring to the retreat?

Yourself, a change of clothes, and a positive attitude

What kinds of things happen on a retreat like this?

We’ll be doing some silent reflection as well as group sharing based on material given at the retreat. We will share in the Eucharist and on Thursday night we’ll also have a wine and cheese party complete with Fr. Patrick playing and singing all the great hits of yesterday and today.

Popular hits sung on past retreats include:

"Natural Woman"

"Mama Mi" (and other hits from ABBA)

"Let it Go" from Frozen

"Jessie’s Girl" by Rick Springfield

"Midnight Train to Georgi"a (but I get to sing Glady’s part)!

Requests are taken and fun and frivolity are had by all!

If you’ve never been on a retreat this is a great opportunity for you to deepen your faith while sharing it with others.  Those who have gone on the retreat in the past have really enjoyed the experience.
