The Three Women Witnesses to Lincoln's Murder

Mary Todd Lincoln, Clara Harris and Laura Keene were in the Presidential Box with President Lincoln on April 14, 1865, when he was assassinated. The thoughts and feelings of these witnesses to the assassination, and the tragedy's effect on the life of each woman, is brought to life in "Thinking Inside the Box".

The one-woman, three short plays will be performed beginning at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 28 in Collegiate Hall, Reddington Dorm.

This free performance, open to the public, is sponsored by the University's Art Program and Women's & Gender Studies Program.
