    'Food. Health. Planet. The Connection!' Lecture

    Thursday, April 4, 6 p.m., Pearn Auditorium, Brennan Hall): Lecture by J. Morris Hicks "Food. Health. Planet. The Connection!" followed by a book signing. 

    J. Morris Hicks is an author, speaker, health consultant and board member for the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. He is the author of “Healthy Eating, Healthy World,” and co-author of “4Leaf Guide to Vibrant Health”, and his focus has been on sustainability with the effort to promote health, hope, and harmony on planet earth. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Hawaii, a degree he earned while serving as a U.S. Coast Guard officer in Honolulu. He also holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
