    - Tuesday- Yoga Flow 12:15-12:45 p.m. ** This Class begins Feb. 11**
    - Friday- Gentle Yoga 12:15-12:45 p.m.

    Energizing Yoga- Byron Gym, Royals Room
    -Wednesday- 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
    -Thursday- 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
