Meg Cullen Brown September Award Winner
The Staff Senate would like to thank all staff members who took the time to recognize and share their colleague’s accomplishments, sense of community, and dedication to excellence. The Meg Cullen Brown Magis Award would not exist without our caring community!
THE MEG CULLEN-BROWN MAGIS AWARD WINNER for SEPTEMBER 2020 is:
Bob Liskowicz! We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and celebrate the good work that Bob does on a daily basis. We hope you will join us in personally congratulating Bob, and all of our nominees.
How long have you worked at the University?
I have been at the University now 15 years.
What do you like best about your job?
What I like best is working in a vibrant atmosphere with peers who have so many different ideas and so much knowledge, but also a focus and dedication on helping our students, as well as with the students who are genuine, smart, attentive and thoughtful.
What do you like to do for fun?
For fun, I love to hike, especially hiking in national parks of which I’ve now been to eight and counting.

Bob will receive a certificate for $50 worth of complimentary food at our fabulous University food service outlets, as well as, a reserved parking space in the DeNaples Parking Pavillon for the month of September. Each monthly winner is also invited to the Senate Recognition luncheon in May to receive a certificate of appreciation. We congratulate our winner, and all the other nominees for being recognized as “Magis” employees.
The Staff Senate would also like to recognize the heartfelt nominations submitted for all of our front line staff departments. We appreciate all that they are doing to help keep us productive and safe, as well as preserving the beauty of our campus.
