    CHEW is thrilled to announce the Weekly Wellness Class Schedule for Spring Semester!

    Students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend free Weekly Wellness Classes.

    Monday
    Mindfulness Meditation, 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

    Tuesday
    Mindfulness Meditation, 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    POUND, 6:00 p.m.- 6:45 p.m.

    Wednesday
    Yoga Flow, 5:30 p.m.-6:15 p.m.
    Light Weights & Abs. 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

    Thursday
    Energizing Yoga, 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
