    Who doesn't love potato pancakes? Traditionally called placki ziemniaczane in Poland, they have become a coveted treat at fairs, festivals and local church bazaars in Scranton and Northeastern Pennsylvania.

    Poland Traditional DanceAll faculty, staff and students are invited to join the next Global Insights program featuring Staś Zygmunt, University director of news and media relations, on Thursday, Oct. 20, at 11:30 a.m. in the Rose Room, Brennan 509.
