Application Criteria
In order to apply, applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and be regularly admitted as a graduate student into a graduate degree program.
What to Expect If Accepted
Once chosen, graduate assistants will be required to:
- Participate in a workshop prior to the start of the semester
- Satisfy a service commitment during each of the academic semesters if assigned to an academic department (five to 20 hours depending on level of hire)
- Maintain the minimum required GPA of 3.0 (A student may be dismissed from their GA position for failure to remain in good academic standing.)
