Faculty and Staff Community Service Form

Please take a few minutes to help the University gather information on community service activities being performed by faculty and staff in a professional and/or personal capacity to help us track and celebrate these activities. 

If you complete the form between now and July 10, you will be entered to win a $100 gift certificate to a downtown Scranton restaurant of your choice.
